Dog Boarding Facilities in Missouri

The second time we were going to board him for 9 days. We cut our vacation short and he was boarded 6 days again with plenty of food and 18 treats. When we picked him up they could not find his bed, said they washed it and misplaced it. They found it and called us, I ask when they were going to bring it to us, about 12 miles, they just laughed. I picked it up this morning and it was filthy. Our dog does not shed but the bed was covered in dog hair. Again we did not get any of the food back, nor any of the treats. This was the last time we will ever use this facility. view short comment
