I've done business with Eve's Groom & Room on 3 separate occasions- all of which were cremations for my siamese cat family members and the employees were very considerate and caring. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

I don't think we'll be back. As much as I tried, I couldn't shake the feeling that these are just not animal lovers. To avoid spite-retaliation from the surly owner, I will simply state that If you decide to board or groom your animal here, insist on inspecting the entire facility first, because this is where Fido will be while you're away. Don't be afraid to ask questions until you get straight answers, either, as there have been some issues with their immunization policies and grooming practices. Might as well not leave any special food, toys, blankets, etc. with your pet, because the staff will never even unpack them...they only accept these things to make you feel better. This is a "business" - that's all - and if you're okay with that, then this is the place for you. view short comment
