4 Paws is the best place I have been to yet. The kennel staff is wonderful and my dog always comes home happy and tired from daycare. I have only boarded once for a week and my dog came home happy as ever. In fact, I am still not sure she even noticed I had been gone:) Plus they gave her a wonderful haircut just before I picked her up. I wouldn't dream of taking her anywhere else. I've used this boarder 3-4 times and I'm always frustrated and disappointed by them. This time I will NEVER go back. The very young staff (I've never seen an adult on site) is very rude. The last time I picked up my dog, he was wet and smelly with urine. And he is always in a panic to get out. If you love your pet, do yourself a favor and don't go there.

I have boarded my dogs here 3 times in the past. The only reason I took them back the 2nd & 3rd time, was because this is the cheapest kennel in the valley, and they were located close to my home. However, everytime I've gone there, I swear it will be the last! They are EXTREMELY RUDE! Act as if I'm inconveniencing them by showing up! However, everytime I've gone there, I swear it will be the last! They are EXTREMELY RUDE! Act as if I'm inconveniencing them by showing up! Random charges have shown up on my bill for services I haven't asked for, and not only do they provide a poor explanation, but they refuse to remove the charges. Each time I've picked my dogs up, they spend the next several hours skittish and shaky. It makes me feel horrible for leaving them there. Well I have learned my lesson, I don't care how inexpensive they are, I will never subject my pets to 4 Paws again! view short comment

I have boarded my dogs here several times, and they always come out happy and healthly. They are the least expensive of the Kennels I would even consider boarding at.

4 Paws Grooming is The WORST! Snobby,Overpriced,dog grooming salon.Charged $56 for bath and trim on 18lb cocker, she had been groomed & shaved down just 3wks earlier. I should have asked how much first, then I would have walked out! When I asked why so much, the groomer replied with a snippy, "your dog is large"... Are you kidding me..get glasses! 18lbs is large? Muzzle wasn't even touched & I found three spots were my puppy was bleeding from cuts, also she had pooped in the cage and they didn't clean her up, they gave her to me that way!,...NEVER AGAIN...beware! view short comment
