I called on Monday morning to let them know I was picking up on Tuesday. I spoke to Ken who was extremely rude and said "He finally went to the bathroom outside this morning." He asked me where our other puppy was and I told him that he was with friends and he said "Oh! And I guess they didn't want this one." He never said anything about a rate change (usually $20 a day). I went this morning to pick up. Ken said "I don't remember him being such a pig! He was crapping all over the place!" I told him that my dog goes to the bathroom immediately after eating and apologized for not giving him that instruction. He said, "NO! We tried everything! We even left him outside for 2 hours and he still crapped in his cage!" He took my debit card and swiped it and said over his shoulder, "And he is special care." I asked him what that meant to which he said, "An extra $10 a day." I told him he never told us about an extra cost. He said it was on the form we signed. I asked to see the form and Ken wrote in $30/day after it was signed. Ken told me, "why should you have to pay the same amount as someone with a good dog?" I told him that being a professional boarding facility, he should realize that there are times when he is going to have to deal with "crapping". I told him to give me my dog back and left in tears.
