Extremely disappointed with the owner of this place. Extremely disappointed with the owner of this place. Apparently our dog, a mastiff with cropped ears who barked at another arriving dog (and who was completely under our control) was enough for them to cancel our reservation a week before vacation, and tell us it was due to another patron who said "if this is the kind of dog you board here, it's the last time I'll bring mine here". Didn't meet our dog, didn't meet us, just called us via cell to turn us away. Embarrassed for the complete lack of professionalism shown us - highly recommend looking elsewhere. Obviously cares more about your dollar than providing a good service. Happy Thanksgiving Alder Creek. We found a better option. view short comment
