Dog Boarding Facilities in Texas

Not a good place for a family pet. Took family vacation to Cozumel, left my small dog here thinking the "home" environment would be better. When i picked him up he was filthy, his crate had dried urine all over it from larger dogs, and worst of all, he was infested with thousands of fleas to the point that one could see blood where they had been biting.
