my dog has stayed here ten times and he enjoys it and comes home fat and happy and clean because they give him a bath the day he comes home. the staff has always been caring and kind to my spoiled four legged child.

My dogs stayed for 1 week and all 3 came home covered in urine and feces. All had infections and wounds that required medical attention. The only response I received from them is a letter showing a credit towards the next stay. 100% unacceptable!
