I had paid for an inside kennel and he was in an outside run when I picked him up. When I got him home he drank and drank and drank from his water bowl. I filled it up twice before he was satisfied. They charged me extra for a blanket for him, to have a volunteer play with him, and for bringing his food. No one there smiled once and the chaos was unreal. My dog deserves better and yours does to. They will never "care" for my shepherd again. view short comment
