Their blankets were soaked, their rug was soaked, and their fur was soaking wet. It appeared that they had not been let outside for days. More than half of the food that I provided had not been used, and both of my dogs were ravenous, leading me to believe that they had not been properly fed either. I am distraught by the neglect and abuse my poor babies suffered at this horrible, uncaring kennel. view short comment
