You schedule the requested visit on their website and there is a complete lack of communication regarding confirmation of the visit. Two voicemails inquiring if someone was available to watch my cats went unanswered, and finally an email was returned, but not until I was out of town. Autumn promised that she would check in on the cats while I was gone, but when I arrived home, the litter boxes were filthy, and their food and water were quite low. I am dumbfounded that a petsitting service who prides themselves on allowing petowners peace of mind could be so irresponsible and unprofessional. view short comment
