Dog Boarding Facilities in New Jersey

They have a bunch of young kids taking care of the place. Everyone at this facility lacks communication skills as well as properdog-handling skills and they all have poor attitudes and zeropersonality. This facility might pridethemselves on referrals from vets, living on the property and being in businessfor a bazillion years, but when it comes down to it, they are lacking in themost important part of running a business – communication. Listening to, respectingand following through with the dogs owners requests, the person who knows theirpet the best, is not their first priority. Any good business would listen to their customer, respect andfollow through with their wishes. Good Luck to you if you have no choice but tolet your pet stay here. (By the way, don’t leave your dog with their leash, or anything from home for that matter, as thestaff admits they might lose it.) Check out all the spelling/grammar errors ontheir website - it hasn’t been updated since 2006. So, not only do they not careabout their customers, they also don’t care about the information used to helpgrow their business. In my opinion, this facility has taken on way too much than they can handle. view short comment
