I wanted to write and express my concern and disappointment in the condition we found our 2 dogs today, at pick up. Both dogs were covered in "stool". While you discounted the money for their "play time" I find it hard to believe either dog was exercised -- in that kind of condition. Driving the "soiled" dogs home was a horrendous experience. Both needed a thorough grooming. And the car was soiled -- needing a thorough detailing. Both dogs are ill this afternoon and evening. The oldest has an open sore on her right front leg, and can hardly walk. Granted, we have never used Love'n care before, I my only hope is that our experience is not the "usual" for your other customers. This was unacceptable....appalling! view short comment
