The front of the building is very nice, but the back is scary if you are a dog. Wire enclosures full of barking dogs that were mostly large. It took days for my dogs to stop acting nervous and scared. One had puncture wounds all over her face. Loud, overcrowded dog warehouse. No one apologized when I described the state my dogs were in when I picked them up.
