I will NEVER take my dog here again. Let me just start by saying that when I dropped her off everyone seemed so friendly. This was not the case when I picked her up. My dog is a very active 6 month old puppy. When I picked her up she was very calm. Almost like she was drugged. She just seemed sad. She had her nails clipped and she was bathed while she was there. They also trimmed around her butt area. When she pooped she screeched in agony. I had never heard this sound come from her before. She was only there for one night. I was told that she would be groomed the day we took her because the groomer was not there the next day. When we walked in to pick her up she was in the grooming area in a cage by herself. There was no one around. Anybody could have walked in & taken her. She will NEVER go back to Tail End Kennels. view short comment
