Our expectations of our employees are high, as we expect professionalism, a love for animals, and a responsible work ethic. This employee could not meet our expectations. I highly encourage anyone to visit our facility and read our systino reviews on our website that are true reviews from actual customers. Camp Bow Wow is an excellent place to board your dog and be assured that professional, loving care is being administered. It is troubling that some are allowed to post such horrific untruths for the sake of being vengeful. Camp Bow Wow is a terrible place to leave your dog. None of the employees have training in any manner. The outdoor yards are only cleaned 5 days a week and the dogs spend most of the time in their kennels. They claim to keep 1 person in the yard for every 25 dogs, but when I left my dog there for a weekend I saw more than 25 dogs and only one person. Camp Bow Wow is a terrible place to leave your dog. None of the employees have training in any manner. The outdoor yards are only cleaned 5 days a week and the dogs spend most of the time in their kennels. They claim to keep 1 person in the yard for every 25 dogs, but when I left my dog there for a weekend I saw more than 25 dogs and only one person. They accept almost any dog, the interviews are just a front. My dog has shown aggression there and got in fights as I saw on the cameras and they only gave me a warning and I was able to come back. If my dog had gotten hurt by another dog I would want the other dog ban from the area, but all the company cares about is how much money they bring in. They claim the keep foster dogs however they only have two and usually more than 10 kennels empty. The employees carry spray bottles in the "yards" as they may claim to break up fights however the cameras show that the dogs get sprayed in the face for barking. This is something dogs do yet they claim to say that the are a place where a "dog can be a dog" barking is part of being a dog. I wouldn't enter this place if someone paid me to its undercleaned and a scam. The only thing the supervisor cares about is money, and of all the times I took my dog there I never once met her. Its obvious that she doesn't care about the animals. view short comment
