I don't know who this person is or what happened, but I can clearly say that I LOVE Paws N Claws. I have left my dogs there on several different occasions, and have had no problems. My dogs love going to Paws N Claws, and love it when they get to go to daycare. I would recommend either of Karen's locations to anyone, and have on more than one occasion. I boarded my dog at paws n claws for the weekend and had a wonderful experience. My dog participated in their daycare program where he got to run and play. He was pretty much pampered. The employees were polite and their boarding and daycare rates were very reasonable. i even got a complimentary treat bag when i checked out. I was very pleased and will definitely be back in the future.

This boarding facility is NOT a place I would recommend. The first problem is the inconsiderate, rude,uneducated young man (the owner's son) that stands behind the desk of this business. Secondly, I have read so many bad reviews on the internet of Karen's other business in Seymour that she has, after I conversated with her son I was clearly deterred from taking my pet here. Hello! Conversating?? I'm sure Webster doesn't recognize that word. It's been my experience that when a person doesn't have the courage to sign her name, the comment is questionable.
