O'Hairs came highly recommended to us so when we had medical issues arise suddenly we didn't hesitate for a minute to leave our dearly loved family dog in their care for over a week. The facilities were clean and welcoming. The staff was polite, friendly, reassuring, and genuinely interested in the care of our pet, who suffers from separation anxiety. The owner took time to show us the facilities and where our pet would stay. She paired him with similar breeds and ages. Our dog loved it there and was not stressed at all. The outdoor facilities are great for exercise. We felt he was safe at all times and his health and well-being was their primary concern. While he was there, we expressed interest in a need for a haircut and the owner personally made time for him. He turned out great! I would recommend O'Hairs for any pet owner who loves their pet. We will definitely use their services again, whether for a day of play and interaction with other dogs and exercise or for longer term. Thank you O'Hairs! view short comment

Wow. I can't believe some people. I have taken my dog there for years. He LOVES it. Whenever there has been an issue, they have been up front and honest about it. I would and do trust them with my dog and he is happier for it. It's a great place to be a dog!

The woman that owns the place is HORRIBLE. She treated me awfully. She then, without my concent or knowledge, caged my dog up ALL DAY without play. She proceeded to yell at me telling me she told me this would happen because she had a shot done recently. SHE DID NOT TELL ME THIS. On top of that, she wanted me to pay for the day for having my dog locked up all day. Can you believe this?? I will be taking my business elsewhere. Customer service should be #1 for a dog boarding company to assure your dogs will be well taken care of. I suggest many other locations around the area now that I am familiar with most. I highly suggest Adorable Pooches Palace or East Side Animal Hospital. They both have been very kind of overall great experiences. Hope this helps! I would surely suggest trying many of the other great boarding/day care facilities in the area. view short comment

Be leary of these people. My dog has stayed there many times, but the past serveral times he has come home acting strange. Cuts on paws, eye issues, and welps. Upon trips to the vet he is stating that the dog has been through some type of trauma. HE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!

I would never trust them with your pet. If you love your dog, take it somewhere else. They care more about money than your dog. I have used them before and never had a problem until this last visit. We have used them many times before and Axel our dog seemed to love it. Always came back tired from playing with them and they always said that he was well behaved and that they loved having him. Axel is a 3 year old border collie, he doesn't bark, loves people and has never snapped at a human or at another dog. He also loves to swim and will randomly hop in the shower with you if you're not carful. Although - on this last visit O'hairs called and said that Axel had snapped at them and didnt want to take a bath. Not like him at all, I'm not sure what you would have to do to get him to ever snap at someone. And that they weren't going to groom him. So when my wife went to go pick him up they said that they were going to charge her for the bath if she didn't keep him there over night and pay for daycare. She told them no, and that she would just take him elsewhere. She didn't feel comportable keeping him there. They told her that she must pay for the bath and that it was $30. (Previously we received the bath and the cut for $40). When she tried to tell them that she didn't think she owed them anything they began to yell at her. I'm pretty sure that is one way to loose trust as a merchant. My wife paid for the bath, just to leave with our dog. And after swiping the card they threw it at her because she said she was not going to come back. If I were you I would find another place to take your pet, one that cares about them more than the money. view short comment

The day care is superb. My dog is more balance, has learned manners, and comes home happy, for sure. Deb is professional, follows all professional guidelines and I would highly recommend...some folks don't realize that the type of person who takes their dog to the day care are, themselves, usually care takers or in helping professions.
