Dog Boarding Facilities in Hawaii

Lisa canceled boarding my 2 dogs via email 10 days before I was to leave for Europe. She promised to pay back my $420 deposit and now has left the state. She told me she was in financial trouble and I gave her time to repay me. UNfortunately, she was lying. When she returns to hawaii, I will take her to small claims

Our two dogs both came back INFESTED with fleas and ticks, I mean, hundreds of them... it was truly awful, worse that I could ever have imagined an infestation being. Plus, they both contracted TAPEWORM! It was disgusting, and I felt so bad that I boarded them there. What was I thinking?? I would obviously never use them again. We took our dog to their new facilities in Pupukea and they were clean, professional and most of all successful in eliminating the aggression our rottwieler had been showing to our other dogs. All in all we really loved the service and would definitely board our rottie there again.

I took my two dogs here for 10 days. Lisa was very nice setting up the arrangements and asking for 50% up front. When I arrived 3 hours before my flight to the Mainland, Lisa then informed me that she needed the remainder upfront. With nowhere else to take my dogs I ran to the local ATM to comply. When I arrived 3 hours before my flight to the Mainland, Lisa then informed me that she needed the remainder upfront. With nowhere else to take my dogs I ran to the local ATM to comply. When I retuned 10 days later my dogs were FILTHY and covered in fleas. Their skin had been eaten alive and they were all scabbed and sore. After 2 weeks of recooperating my larger dog started to poop worms! Thier facility is a backyard which is infested in fleas and I believe that my dogs were outside for 10 days straight. They are inside dogs and I will NEVER recommend nor go back to these people ever again. If you care about your dogs please do the same. view short comment
