We had a family emergency out of state and our regular kennel was full because of Masters so they referred us to Springwood. They were able to board the dogs and had them for a week. We called and checked on them twice and were told they were doing well. Our Feist came home injured with a LARGE section of her nose either rubbed or sliced off. They said she did it hiding her food (something she has never done). Our GSD requires daily eye medication, so we left them with a new tube (30 – 45 day supply), $45. We were told that they used it all and had none to return. After spending the day locating a vet that had the medication in stock, they did refund the purchase price of the replacement tube. Never again!! view short comment
