I just want to let everyone know that this is the worst dog groomer I have ever been to! I took my 1 year old toy poodle Starbrite here for a groom after moving out of the city to smyrna and asked for a standard poodle cut tight around the legs short on the body and long on the head and ears. I took my 1 year old toy poodle Starbrite here for a groom after moving out of the city to smyrna and asked for a standard poodle cut tight around the legs short on the body and long on the head and ears. Simple enough I would have thought but what was done to him was the exact opposite, they shaved his entire body and did not follow my directions at all. After seeing starbrite I realized that they must have not ever groomed a poodle before. I have added some photos of the clipper burn he got on his face as well as the cut on his toe. I will never take any of my pets here again and if you Love your animal you would not either. view short comment
