I stopped by unannounced to view the day care program and was shocked. Sticking 30 plus dogs into a cage is NOT day care. Apparently the owner does not have a clue and should contact real day care programs for example in Oregon. I would NEVER allow my family member to sit in a cage on a cement floor the entire day as this is abusive and neglectful!
