Dog Boarding Facilities in California

The owner/manager treated both me the client and her sweet employees with disgraceful rudeness each of the few times I left my dog here. The facilities are more adequate than others for my big dog so I wanted to be a loyal client but I cannot support a business that treats their staff and human customers in such a manner. The owner/manager treated both me the client and her sweet employees with disgraceful rudeness each of the few times I left my dog here. The facilities are more adequate than others for my big dog so I wanted to be a loyal client but I cannot support a business that treats their staff and human customers in such a manner. My dog was also returned to me soiled and smelling like pee as though he had been forced to lay in it for the duration of his stay. Unacceptable. Some common courtesies toward people and animals alike are in order here.... view short comment
