we have 4 mini schnauzers that we had groomed here this weekend, as soon as we dropped them off, we stopped for breakfast and was talking to someone about our dogs and told her we had just dropped them off at Lady and the Tramps for grooming, she said oh no, are they doing better now at grooming? well this being our first time there, and having found them on line, we didn't know. we dropped them off at 8 am left my phone number, my wifes number, and her work number to call us when done, at 4:30pm I called out of concern to see if they were ready, the girl that answered the phone said they were ready about 2 and a half hours ago and she had called and no one answered. phones now have a great thing called a call log, lol no call from them on any of the three numbers we left. the shocker was even deeper when we got there and saw the horrible mess made to our dogs, yes we asked for them to be cut short and leave their beards trimmed. one beard was trimmed, one was completely gone to the skin and two were not touched at all. when we got home with them our neighbor was walking her dog so we told her what had happened and she ask where, when we told her she said her dog was just growing out from the time she went to Lady and the Tramps. needless to say, not a good experience and will not return there view short comment
